背景：在福耀玻璃苏州厂区内新建新型储能系统，运行模式为削峰填谷，就近接入福耀玻璃内部电网，不考虑向电网送电。工商业储能电站作为用户侧的储能系统，可以有效满足内部用电需求，利用峰谷电价差降低运营成本，同时作为备用电源应对突发停电事故。工商业用电负荷稳定且峰谷明显，适合建设大规模储能项目。特别是随着分布式光伏电站与电网并网运行，储能电站的辅助服务可以平滑输出电压波动、改善电网运行稳定性和降低对电网的冲击。近年来，新型储能技术快速发展，特别是锂离子电池技术的不断进步，使得储能电站的能量密度和循环寿命得到了显著提升，同时成本也在逐步降低。技术进步还体现在储能电站的智能化、模块化设计等方面，提高了储能电站的可靠性和可维护性，降低了运维成本
