To ensure credibility and facilitate effective investigations, we encourage individuals to report under their real names. For those preferring anonymity, we respect their wishes and allow anonymous or pseudonymous reporting, provided that ongoing communication can be maintained.

Whether reporting under a real name or anonymously, whistleblowers must adhere to factual accuracy, providing truthful information, leads, or evidence. Fabrication is forbidden, and using the reporting system for retaliation is strictly prohibited. Verified violations will result in disciplinary action according to company policies and applicable laws.
