Optimizing Operational Efficiency and Energy Management

As a core equipment supplier for the Zhejiang Petrochemical energy storage project, our team implemented solutions designed to optimize operational efficiency. The offshore green petrochemical base on Yushan Island in Zhoushan processes 40 million tons of refining and chemical integration annually, making reliable power management crucial. By integrating our industrial and commercial energy solutions, including air-cooled energy storage, string-type PCS container systems, and boosting systems, the facility benefits from enhanced peak shaving, improved power efficiency, and backup power capabilities. These measures not only ensure stable operations but also allow the enterprise to leverage electricity cost variations, effectively reducing operational expenses.

Ensuring Safety, Longevity, and Performance Consistency

Safety and reliability are at the heart of every HiTHIUM industrial and commercial energy solution. For the 10 MW/20 MWh Zhejiang Petrochemical project, we employed high-safety commercial and industrial energy storage technologies with long cycle life and consistent energy output. Our solutions include advanced monitoring and control features that maintain system integrity under continuous operation. With careful attention to design and component selection, including our prismatic LFP cells and robust air-cooling systems, we provide solutions that minimize operational risks and extend product lifespan, allowing our clients to enjoy sustainable, reliable energy management for years to come.

Delivering Tangible Economic and Environmental Benefits

Since its commercial launch, the Zhejiang Petrochemical commercial and industrial energy storage system has operated with a two-cycle-per-day strategy, achieving daily charging of 35,208 kWh and discharging of 32,352 kWh. This not only contributes significantly to peak shaving but also translates into daily economic benefits of approximately 24,000 RMB. By reducing peak electricity demand, our industrial and commercial energy solutions lower overall energy costs while enhancing power reliability. Additionally, these systems support the broader goal of green energy adoption by facilitating efficient energy storage and consumption management, aligning with both national and corporate sustainability targets.
