· 要求：
1 投标人须提供合格有效的法人营业执照及组织机构代码证（营业执照有加载统一社会信用代码的，无需提供组织机构代码证）复印件加盖投标人单位章。
2 财务要求：投标人须提供近三年年度财务报告复印件。
Requirements:
①A copy of valid business license and organization code certificate affixed with the bidder’s official seal shall be submitted; the organization code certificate is exempted if the unified social credit code is specified on the business license.
②Financial Requirement: Copies of the annual financial reports for the latest three consecutive fiscal years shall be furnished by the bidder.
