· 要求：
1 投标人必须是在中华人民共和国境内（不含港、澳、台地区）注册的独立法人。投标人须提供合格有效的法人营业执照及组织机构代码证（营业执照有加载统一社会信用代码的，无需提供组织机构代码证）复印件加盖投标人单位章。
2 投标方必须为有生产制造能力、或具有代理资质的厂家，涉及特种设备的需要有特种设备制造、 维修、安装资质。申请人为进口品牌代理公司的，必须提供代理品牌公司的授权书。
3 投标人须具备有效的安全生产许可证。
4 财务要求：投标人须提供近三年年度财务报告复印件。
Requirements:
①The bidder shall be an independent legal entity duly registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions). A copy of valid business license and organization code certificate affixed with the bidder’s official seal shall be submitted; the organization code certificate is exempted if the unified social credit code is specified on the business license.
②The bidder shall either be a manufacturer with independent production capacity or an authorized agent with valid agency qualification. Where the tendered goods involve special equipment, the bidder shall hold corresponding qualification certificates for the manufacture, maintenance and installation of special equipment. If the applicant is an agent for imported brands, a formal authorization letter issued by the original brand manufacturer shall be provided.
③The bidder shall possess a valid Work Safety License.
④Financial Requirement: Copies of the annual financial reports for the latest three consecutive fiscal years shall be furnished by the bidder.
